Village of Petitcodiac

Located at the headwaters of the Petitcodiac River, the Village of Petitcodiac has a population of 1,368.  A dedicated body of volunteers allows village residents to enjoy quality small town living.  Residents have access to an outdoor pool, arena, basketball and tennis courts, and soccer and baseball fields. 

The main economic sectors in the Village of Petitcodiac are manufacturing and construction, wholesale and retail trade, and the service industry.  In terms of building activity there were 4 new lots created in 2006.

The Greater Moncton Planning District Commission is pleased to have the Village of Petitcodiac as a member municipality.
